By purchasing products from Unconditional Wildlife, you (“the Customer”) agree to the terms outlined in this No Refund or Return Policy.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the custom nature of our products, including but not limited to photographic prints, canvas, and metal wall art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances, except as specifically stated below.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date for lost items) by emailing unconditionalwildlife@gmail.com. You must include your order number and clear photos if the product is damaged.

 

You must provide proof of damage or defect, including clear photographs of the packaging and the product.

 

Claims must be submitted via email to unconditionalwildlife@gmail.com, including your order number and full contact details.

 

 

If we determine the item was damaged or defective during production or shipping, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective products—only replacements.

 

No Exceptions Beyond the Above

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

 

Change of mind

 

Incorrect size or material selected by the customer

 

Minor variations in color, or material texture

Variations large or small in cropping

Shipping Timeframes and Variability

 

Please note that all shipping estimates (1–2 weeks for prints and canvas; 2–3 weeks for metal prints) are approximate and may vary due to carrier delays or production timelines. These timeframes are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation.

 

Modification and Enforcement

 

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy as legally binding.
