Production and delivery times may vary based on the material selected:

Metal Prints: Estimated delivery within 1–3 weeks.

Photographic Prints & Canvas Prints: Estimated delivery within 1–2 weeks.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary due to production volume, supplier delays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details and shipping destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional carrier fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

 

Orders begin processing once full payment is received.

 

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order and a separate email with tracking information once your item ships.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date for lost items) by emailing unconditionalwildlife@gmail.com. You must include your order number and clear photos if the product is damaged.

 

We will assess each case and may offer a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for damaged or lost items—only replacements.
